Notes on my unique items
My beads are handmade, so you will never find 2 of the same beads with 10 identical beads.
Each beads is therefore unique, that of me by hand at the burner
wound at about 1500 ° C and takes depending on the shape and size of his time.
These beads are as easy to care for as the expensive wine glasses in your showcase.
Handmade beads are easy to clean!
You are welcome to sleep with the pearls, take a shower or swim in salt water.
An occasional degrease with household towel and detergent ranges.
Like any other glass, the pearls do not want to fall to the ground or strike anywhere. They like to lie alone, preferably in a small box on soft ground. They do not want to lie together with semi-precious stones or unglazed clay beads, whose often rough surface could scratch the glass bead.
If you take this into account, your grandchildren will surely find joy in their pearls as well.
As in any glass, it may, though very rarely, occur that there is still some tension or an unnoticed hairline crack and the pearl jumps in half.
In this case, the broken bead is replaced by me for free and rewoven the piece of jewelry.
However, I can not give any guarantee of absolute equality of pearls.
NOT be replaced Damage clearly caused by improper handling or external force.
For detached or frayed wires on the crimping bead, the chain is re-threaded by me free of charge, since neither I nor the customer have any influence on the nature of the crimp bead.
For broken wires, unfortunately, I can not give a free repair, as this usually happens only by force.
I like to thread your chain for a surcharge.
Any complaints please within 4 weeks of purchase.
